Why we're building this
Booking accommodation should be straightforward. Too often, it is not.
Guests encounter opaque refund policies, inconsistent communication, and uncertainty about what they have actually paid for. Property managers deal with fragmented systems, compliance complexity, and payment delays that undermine their ability to operate professionally.
We believe these problems are solvable. Not through more features, but through better foundations: clear terms, reliable payments, and systems designed around trust rather than extraction.
